About

Early in 2012 I became aware of The Steven Walter Foundation, Steven’s courageous story, his love for motorbikes and his inspiration to raise money to find a cure for childhood cancer.

As a longtime supporter of the Sydney Childrens hospital through my Company TDC, I found the idea of riding around Australia on motorbike to further support the hospital and Steven’s foundation an opportunity to good to pass up. This will be challenging and a bit daunting ride for me physically, taking in 15,000 kilometres over 32 days but I can’t think of a better reason to do it.

I’ve been involved with motorbikes since I can remember, the youngest of a family of seven, I was known for spending my teenage years pulling motorbikes apart and putting them back together. Having run my own business for 32 years I will leave it in capable hands while I take the time out do fulfill a lifetime dream.

I would like to appeal to all the many suppliers and clients of TDC, associates, friends and family to dig deep and support me on the journey of my lifetime, and help the Children’s Hospital.

All SWCCF funds are donated towards specific nominated clinical trials and research programs at the Cancer Centre, Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick and the Children’s Cancer Centre, Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne.
